Dr Yukari Okubo is a Professor of Dermatology at Tokyo Medical University, Tokyo, JP, having obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from the university in 1984 and completing a PhD thereafter.
Dr Okubo specializes in allergology, with a particular interest in psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and contact dermatitis, and is renowned in the field of pustules, having published 121 research works in the field of dermatology to date.
