Mateus spoke about the need for effective communication between doctors, patients, and family, to ensure a smooth transition between pediatric and adult rheumatology care. Dr Mateus also speaks about the greater challenge for patients under multidisciplinary care, such as those with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
