CONGRESS #EULAR2023 | @lihi_eder presented data from a global survey of sex differences in 1286 adult pts with PsA. Women were more likely to be taking corticosteroids, and were more likely to report emotional distress. Males reported more concern about serious side effects.

CONGRESS #EULAR2023 | Alla Ishchenko, @UZLeuven, discussed cardiovascular and metabolic comorbidities in early PsA. Increased BMI was a risk factor for progression to PsA. Over 50% of patients with early PsA had multiple comorbidities at baseline, higher than the controls.
